Terms and Conditions

Customers who submit an order are bound by agreement to the following terms and conditions. Supreme Innovations reserves the right to make any amendments or changes to the website (supremeinnovations.com.au) including the terms and conditions at any time deemed necessary.

 

ORDERS

  1. Orders can be made via online purchasing on the website, phone or email. Any other forms of ordering will not be accepted.
  2. Orders that are accepted by Supreme Innovations cannot be changed or cancelled unless previously agreed upon.
  3. Orders are normally dispatched within 1-5 business days after order acceptance and confirmation where by stock is available.
  4. If an order cannot be fulfilled or any issues that affect the order arises then we will contact you via phone or email.
  5. Supreme Innovations reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders without giving reason. Orders that are paid for and cancelled will be refunded.

PRICING

  1. All prices displayed on our website (supremeinnovations.com.au) are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  2. If there is an incorrect price listing on our website (supremeinnovations.com.au) we reserve the right to remove said item from sale and cancel orders made of that item.
  3. Supreme Innovations reserves the right to change prices without notice.
SHIPPING
  1. Online orders are normally dispatched via Direct Freight.
  2. Shipping rates may vary depending on the Freight company rates
  3. Supreme Innovations reserves the right to change any shipping rates, delivery method & carrier at any time.
  4. Supreme Innovations will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery or the return of goods.
  5. A customer can elect to use their preferred courier where the customer will have to organise the freight themselves at their own expense and Supreme Innovations will have the product(s) ready for pick up, in which case any damage, delays or lost items after pickup will not be the responsibility of Supreme Innovations.
ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
  1. On receiving an order, it is the receivers responsibility to inspect the goods for any faults or damage
  2. If an item received is not in an acceptable condition, then it is the responsibility of the customer to notify Supreme Innovations within 14 days of receiving the product via phone or email. Any later than 14 days will result in voided return, refund, or replacement depending on Supreme Innovations discretion.
 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
  1. Warranty Conditions for Australia following the Australian Consumer Laws.
  2. Supreme Innovations products sold either in Australia or overseas comes with warranty depending on the product purchased which begins from date of purchase specified on your sales receipt or invoice unless otherwise notified by Supreme Innovations affiliates in writing prior to or at the date of purchase.
  3. Supreme Innovations warrants that it will, at it’s own discretion, replace OR repair any products that you purchase which during the warranty period, which has a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use and conditions.
  4. When warranty service involves the replacement of a product or a part, the original product or part being replaced becomes the property of Supreme Innovations. Only unaltered/unmodified Supreme Innovations parts are eligible for replacement. The replacement product or part is warranted for the remaining period of the original product warranty given. Products & parts presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished ones of the same type rather than with brand new parts.
  5. Cost of Claiming: Under this warranty, unless Supreme Innovations Affiliates otherwise agrees in writing, the consumer will bear the cost of claiming under this warranty including the cost of returning the product to Supreme Innovations. Under this warranty, Supreme Innovations is responsible for loss or damage to your product only while it is in the possession of Supreme Innovations Affiliates.
  6. Use of Personal Information: This warranty will be voided if you do not supply to us or to our Supreme Innovations Affiliates information that we reasonably request to enable us to perform our obligations under this warranty.
  7. Supreme Innovations reserves the right to keep the deposit paid for a transaction if the buyer were to change their mind or cancel on a purchase/transaction. This is to cover any restocking fees or cost incurred for purchasing and shipping goods.
